Warranty Policy
1. What is the warranty period?
The warranty is valid for two years starting from the date of the original order.
2. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover misuse.
3. What is considered misuse?
- Operating the device for long periods without breaks
- Blocking the bottom ventilation openings
- Using the device in humid places
- Wrapping the cord around the device carelessly or too tightly
- Neglecting to clean the brush from accumulated hair
- Using unsuitable electricity (different voltage)
- Dropping the device repeatedly
- Spilling liquids on the device
- Malfunction PolicyCustomers are entitled to request product servicing in case of any manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor storage, misuse, or incorrect voltage setup.
- The product will be collected from the customer for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be serviced.
- If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear all shipping and delivery fees (50 ).
