Return & Exchange Policy


  • Customers may return a product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • All products must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as received.
  • Products cannot be returned if the outer packaging has been opened or removed.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees in case of a return request. A deduction of 25 will be applied as shipping and handling fees.
  • In the case of sets or bundles, the entire set must be returned; partial returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers may exchange a product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • All products must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as received.
  • Products cannot be exchanged if the outer packaging has been opened or removed.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees in case of an exchange request. A deduction of 50 will be applied as shipping and handling fees.
  • In the case of sets or bundles, the entire set must be exchanged; partial exchanges will not be accepted.

In Case of a Manufacturing Defect or Malfunction:

  • The customer has the right to request product servicing if any manufacturing defect or malfunction occurs within the warranty period. This does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or incorrect voltage installation.
  • The product will be inspected and verified, and if a defect is confirmed, necessary maintenance will be performed.
  • If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear all shipping and delivery costs (SAR 50).
